Cure Med Spa has a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment kindly contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any unnecessary fees. If you do not call to cancel or arrive for your scheduled appointment you will be charged a $100.00 no-show fee. Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy.
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow for time to fill out any necessary paperwork.
Due to the nature of the advanced equipment being used, it is unsafe for children to accompany you to your appointment. Unless booked with a treatment we do not allow children under the age of 16 in our spa. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing spa environment for all clients.
While we all love dogs, please leave all pets at home when you come in for your appointment. We do make exceptions for service dogs.

No refunds are offered for purchases of Gift Cards. All sales are final however they are transferable and do not expire.
Product returns are accepted on any unopened products up to 10 days after purchase. A refund will be issued in the form of spa credit.
Cure Med Spa does not offer refunds on any of our services. Services purchased/packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
